As of December 19, 2005 Performance Capital Management is prepared to offer a settlement of $1,500.00 to satisfy the above referenced debt provided that certified funds are received in our office NO LATER THAN 12/22/05 to complete the settlement. There is no grace period.  If funds are not received by the due date this agreement will be null and void.

Once a check is received and cleared from your bank, Performance Capital Management will release you from all claims and liabilities pertaining to the above referenced account.  Furthermore, once funds are received, Performance Capital Management’s reporting to all major credit reporting agencies will be updated to reflect a paid in full status.  A letter will also be sent to your address showing the release of any liability concerning this bill.

These funds should be sent by OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE, WESTERN UNION QUICK COLLECT OR CREDIT CARD TRANSFER no later than the day proceeding the due date to ensure funds are received in a timely manner.  However, you can send a personal check as well.  You must call PCM at the above number with the verification of when and how the payment has been sent.  You may call our office and give this information to the unit manager whose name appears below.
