$2,065.98 BANK DRAFT TO BE RECEIVED BY PHILLIPS AND COHEN ASSOCIATES AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 21, 2005. UPON COMPLETION OF THE SETTLEMENT YOUR CREDIT WILL BE AMENDED TO REFLECT SETTLED IN FULL STATUS.
