There are a number of areas within the U.S. Financial Management web site that collects personal information. This information is required to initiate membership into our program. During the online enrollment process, we collect the following personal financial data: - Debt Information (Credit Card / Loan Account Numbers & Balances)
- Personal Information (Social Security Number, Address, Phone, Email, Salary, Pay Period, Employer, Occupation)
- Demographic Information (Age, Birth Date, Gender)
- Budget Information (Assets, Monthly Expenses, Other Income)
The above data is stored and used to enroll users. Debt information is used to qualify the user for the program. Budget information is collected to provide the user an overview of their finances.
Online Client Enrollment:
In the event a user of our site chooses to enroll in our MyDebtNegotiation™ Program online, this privacy statement is incorporated by reference into and subject to the terms and conditions of the U.S. Financial Management Agreement, which constitutes the entire agreement between U.S. Financial Management and the user. This privacy statement is not a substitute for the U.S. Financial Management Agreement and should in no way be confused with the U.S. Financial Management Agreement. Information that is shared with creditors to initiate enrollment is subject to the U.S. Financial Management Agreement.
