The theory behind “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day” is to give children hands on understanding of the sacrifices that parents make, including their own parents, when balancing work and family life. This allows children to get an early glimpse of the environment their parent’s work in daily, in hopes that our children will gain a better respect for others, and become more responsible young adults. Allowing children to learn more about the work environment they will soon find themselves in, gives them the opportunity to make informed decisions about their own future when the time comes. Building a strong community starts with building a strong family. U.S. Financial Management believes that all our employees are apart of our family. We will continue to encourage children to learn more about their family; their future.
